My film ‘Knitting ain’t wack’ was shown at the Picturehouse Cinema on the opening night of the Crafts Council’s Real to Reel Film Festival.

I was honoured to be featured on the festival’s trailer and on page 16, of issue No. 266, May/June – Crafts Magazine.

After the debut screening in London, the Real to Reel festival went on tour to the National Festival of Making in Blackburn. In September the festival will head out to South Korea for the Cheongju Craft Biennale 2017.

The film has been well received being describe by the Crafts Council as ‘It’s kind of brilliant’.  I aim to continue challenging the stereotypes of who knits and encouraging more people to take up the craft.

This made us laugh a lot!
