I’m so excited to announce that my WE MEK knitted magazine cover with be on display at the ‘We Gather Exhibition’ at the Crafts Council Gallery. The exhibition is the brainchild of Dr. Karen Patel who invited artists to response to her Craft Expertise project. She commissioned 5 artist; myself Shaheen Ahmed’, Omeima Mudawi-Rowlings, Francisca Onumah, and Onome Otite to create artworks that explores inequalities and diversity in the UK professional craft sector.
